Music and Technology.
I met up with Matt, and a few students who are learning to make music with technology.
A Few Pictures From Last Week.
Tune in Next Week!
Next week, I am turning the entire newsletter over to our first Guest Editor. As part of his Social Studies project, Eddy has agreed to be NVCS's student journalist. It should be very exciting, I can not wait.
Help for Mike, (art teacher Mike.)
Mike is wondering if anyone has an extra full size bed in good condition he could borrow over Thanksgiving for holiday company. If you do, please contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Next Friday's Field Trip.
Friday, for our last fieldtrip of the year, we will be going to look at an art exhibit entitled “Black and White” at Foxdale Village. We will have recess and lunch at school. Then we will board the bust to go to see another art exhibit entitled “ALL THAT GLEAMS AND GLISTENS, SEQUIN AND METAL ART FROM HAITI” at the Bellefonte Art Museum. The students will also be able to create their own artwork with the assistance of my mom, artist, Susan Parsonage.
Friday Field Trips take a hiatus for the winter, and instead the students have Friday Enrichment. Our first Enrichment will be preparing for our Barnes and Noble Book Fair, Saturday, December 14th. Come out and see the performances, and help NVCS. More details to follow.
Enjoy the remainder of your rainy weekend.
